PrepGraph for Charter Schools is run by PrepGraph, the company behind prepgraph.com.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers this website. How PrepGraph handles a school's student data is set out in the agreement with that school; the controls we operate are on the trust page.

What this site collects

Google Analytics 4, tagged so that traffic to this site reads separately from PrepGraph's other properties. That means the usual page-level analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser, and how you arrived. There are no accounts on this site.

One form: the pilot booking on the pilot page. It asks for your name, your school, its city and state, a phone number, an email address and your role, and optionally the grades, what you want from a pilot, a student count and a note. We use them to arrange the call and for nothing else. They go to PrepGraph's records of enquiries, where the person who replies reads them. Two things travel with them that you do not type: the network address your request came from (your IP), which our enquiry system uses to limit repeated submissions, and the campaign tags of the link that brought you here (the utm_ parameters), if it had any, so we know how you found us. To have any of it corrected or deleted, write to the address below.

If you write to [email protected], that message is email and is handled as email. We keep it as long as the conversation is live.

Cookies

Analytics cookies only, set by Google Analytics. The booking form sets none. Blocking them costs you nothing on this site — there is no functionality here that depends on them.
