What does a pilot cost?
Pilots are quoted per cohort, in writing, before they start. The school buys a seat for every student in the cohort, and the price, the seat count and the dates are in the agreement.
Who would we be contracting with?
PrepGraph operates in the United States and India. The contracting entity and its documents are named in the pilot agreement; ask for them on the first call.
How do students get accounts?
Your staff load a roster file once your clearance is recorded for each student. The load runs as a preview first and creates accounts on the explicit write pass. Each student gets a printed badge and a short PIN, and each teacher a portal login.
Where does our students' work go?
Student speech and text go to approved AI endpoints in Azure India and to named speech providers, and nowhere else — enforced by configuration. The named sub-processor list and the terms each one holds go in the agreement, so your counsel reads them before a student signs in.
Does the tutor record our students?
Tutoring is a live voice session. Retention and deletion terms for your school go in the agreement, and written consent where your state's law requires it goes in the pilot agreement.
Can we talk to a reference?
Modern Defence School in Hisar, Haryana is on PrepGraph as a whole school and has given us written permission to be named; we introduce you if the school agrees to the call.
What will you need from our IT?
Devices with working microphones and a live audio connection per session. Before the pilot we give you the domains to allowlist and the bandwidth per session, and a concurrent-session test in one of your labs, with you, is part of the setup.
What should we ask you, and every other vendor?
The same six things about any number you are shown: sample size, comparison group, duration, who funded the work, who reviewed it, and where it showed no result. Ask us too; the pilot is written so that the answers are on paper before day one.
